Booksloty subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider.

1. Subscription Billing
By subscribing to Booksloty, you authorize recurring monthly billing for continued access to your booking system and related services.

2. Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

3. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, Booksloty may temporarily suspend access to services until payment is successfully completed.

4. Reactivation
Suspended accounts may be reactivated once outstanding payments are resolved.

5. Refunds
Payments already processed are generally non-refundable, especially after setup or onboarding work has begun.

6. Service Setup
Booksloty includes onboarding and setup assistance as part of the subscription process.

7. Pricing Changes
Booksloty reserves the right to update subscription pricing in the future. Existing clients will be notified in advance of significant pricing changes.
